Because of good prior year planning the Sheriff's Department is able to deal with the budget cuts required by the economy and State budget.  He also shares programs that are available to help protect the county areas and residents.  He shares his opinions on the affect of the State and Court mandated early release of prisoners in California.  The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department exists for no other purpose than to serve and protect our community.
