Senator Jeff Denham doesn't believe that the budget as negotiated solves the problems long term.  It is based on borrowing and taking budget from the local entities.  His estimation is that we will be back in a deficit position by the end of the year.  The most disturbing is the release of criminals into communities that have had to cut back law enforcement.
