Ed has a long history of studying the Federal Reserve from its inception to now.  The Federal Reserve was a contrived by the banks and is controlled by the member banks not answerable to anyone.  While Ron Paul is sincere about auditing the Fed after it is all done Ed does not believe the any change will result.
