Dr.
Higgins says the proposed Health Care Bill only talks
about who pays not about health. To improve health we
need to look at breaking the ties between the FDA and the
pharmaceutical companies, eliminating toxins from our food
(aspartame as and example) and taking charge of our own
health though education and action. The National
Institute of Health tells us what we need to do, but we
don't follow through.
